Hipzap provides a marketplace for digital products including gift cards, mobile airtime top-ups, and data packages. By using our Service:

• Successfully delivered digital goods are final; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (automatic refunds apply when a provider cannot complete fulfillment, and statutory consumer rights are always honored)
• Product availability and pricing may change without prior notice
• Delivery is electronic via email; ensure your email address is correct
• We are not responsible for third-party gift card terms, expiration, or restrictions

4. Payments & Pricing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). Prices are displayed in the selected currency and may include applicable taxes, service fees, and exchange rate spreads.

You agree that exchange rates are approximate at the time of display and the final charged amount may vary slightly. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud or abuse.
